1. DO I NEED TO REMOVE LID IN ORDER TO DRINK COFFEE FROM THIS TUMBLER?

Yes, you will have to remove lid to drink, u can also remove the tea strainer from the bottle if you do not require soaking of tea leaves.

2. CAN YOU INFUSE FRUITS TOO?

Yes, you can put your cut-up fruits under the tea strainer; the strainer will click into place so you can continue to infuse the fruits while you drink.

3. DOES THIS COME IN A LARGER SIZE?

Currently, we only offer 1 size - 17oz.

4. CAN WE USE MILK IN THE TUMBLER?

Yes you can!

5. WILL THIS TUMBLER FIT IN THE CUP HOLDER IN THE CAR?

Fits like a glove.

6. IS THERE A GUARANTEE ON THE BOTTLE? THE BAMBOO HAS SEPARATED FROM THE STAINLESS STEEL MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO UNSCREW THE TOP.

7. CAN I PUT MY RAW VIBES BAMBOO TUMBLER IN A MICROWAVE?

We highly recommend you do NOT put any stainless steel items inside a microwave.

Our tumbler measures 9.1" tall. 2.7"

9. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY RAW VIBES BAMBOO TUMBLER?

We recommend you wash it by hand. For stains we suggest you use white vinegar and let it air dry.

10. IS OUR TUMBLER DISHWASHER SAFE?

No, because the exterior is made from 100% natural bamboo, soaking it in water for too long would cause it to decolor.

11. CAN OUR TUMBLERS BE USED FOR COFFEE OR AS A FRUIT INFUSER BOTTLE?

Our tumblers are designed specifically to hold any kinds of hot or cold beverages with no odor retention

12. QUESTION: IS THE BAMBOO EXTERIOR SLEEVE DETACHABLE FROM THE STAINLESS STEEL THERMOS?

No, the bamboo sleeve is not detachable from the stainless steel.

14. CAN YOU TAKE OUT INFUSER AND JUST USE IT TO DRINK COFFEE INSTEAD?

Absolutely!

1. HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 2 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays.

2. HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?

International Standard Shipping: 14 to 20 working days
US Standard Shipping: 6 to 7 working days.   
Expedited shipping is available at a small fee.

NOTE: There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

3. I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please contact us on info@rawvibestea.com

4. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

5. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do! You can contact us on info@rawvibestea.com to confirm if your country is a country we deliver to (just in case)

6. I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us on info@rawvibestea.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfilment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to the nearest Regional Warehouse and once received we can send out a corrected item. Please contact us to find out where is the nearest Regional Warehouse from your country.

7. I HAVE A QUESTION ON MY ORDER OR ON YOUR STORE THAT IS NOT YET ANSWERED HERE, HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF YOU?

1. HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY VALID FOR?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product ( ie: sign over from your local postal service) . If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. WHAT CONDITIONS  ARE THERE FOR ME TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. 3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.

4. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
